If your driver notices that

 

  • They get the error message “No VDA Paired to Vehicle” when selecting their truck or
  • Their truck is paired to an incorrect vehicle adapter (VDA)

 

You can fix that from the Fleet Admin page of the Fleet Portal using this guide.

 

 

  1. Go to manager.mavenmachines.com and open the Fleet Admin Page. 
  2. Click the drop down menu next to your name in the top right of the page. 
    1. Select the “Fleet Administration” page.


3. Next, navigate to the vehicles page from the menu on the left.



4. Next, use the filters at the top of the page to search for your desired truck number:  


5. Once you locate the desired truck, click its number to open its individual vehicles page.  

6. Scroll to the bottom of this page. You will be able to see whether the truck is paired to an adapter or not from here: 


There is an adapter paired to this vehicle. To unpair an adapter from a truck, click “unpair” and then save in the top right corner.


If an adapter is not paired to the truck, it will look like this:



You can pair an adapter to a truck by clicking the drop down box labeled “none”, selecting the correct VDA, and clicking save in the top right corner.
