With the Maven Mobile Application drivers have the ability to make edits to their log while they are on the road! It is a simple process and can be done by accessing your log for a specific day. You can access a log from the main screen of the application below the timers. The list will display 'Action Items' by default, but next ot heat you can select the 'Logs' option.
First, select the log you wish to edit. Below the log chart there is an Events list that shows each of your status changes (visualized by a colored bubble), how long you were in that status, and any notes that you entered for that status change. To the right of those stats there is a blue 'Edit' button. Tap that link to make an edit.
Once you tap edit, the application will ask you to fill out some details. If there is an entire chunk of time that you wish to change, simply tap the status bubble you wish to switch to. In this example, the piece of On Duty time shown is being changed to Off Duty. The first image below is what is displayed when the Edit button is tapped. The second image highlights what it looks like when you tap a status bubble to change an entire chunk of time to a different status.
Once you have selected the new status, tap the Save button in the top right corner of the screen. This will take you back to the log for that day which will reflect the changes that were made.
If you wish to make an edit that does not account for an entire status change, simply follow the same steps, but change the start and end time (displayed in the second and third images). Be sure to save all edits. One important thing to note is that the driver's current status cannot be edited. You also cannot add drive time to your log. These edits must be made by a manager on the Fleet Portal. For more information, see the article for Editing a Driver's Log.
