New support requests can be sent directly to the Maven Machines support team by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, submitting them through the support portal at https://mavenmachines.freshdesk.com/support/home or by calling 412-499-3877. You may view your tickets by logging into your FreshDesk account.
If you do not have a FreshDesk account, you can either set one up prior to submitting your request or submit your request via email or the portal and an automated email will be sent to you with instructions on how to create your account.
Once your account is created, you can log in at any time to view your support tickets. You will only see tickets associated with the account you logged in under.
By default, you will see your Open / Pending tickets. You can also see your Resolved / Closed tickets or All Tickets by selecting an option from the drop down menu.
Clicking on the ticket name will open that ticket and allow you to:
- See agent comments or questions
- Respond to agent comment or questions
- Close the ticket
- Add other people in your organization that need to be copied when a notification for the ticket is sent
