Below are the steps that a driver can use to reset the password associated with their Maven driver user account from the sign-in landing page within the Maven mobile application:



Step 1: Click on the "Forgot your Password?" link displayed within the Maven driver mobile application sign-in landing page





Step 2: Enter in the mobile number (i.e. 4125552121) or email address associated with your driver's Maven user account in the text field detailed in the screenshot below:



 


Step 3: Click on the "Continue" button



 

After the driver clicks the “Continue” button, the Maven mobile application will inform your driver that "A text has been sent to the <10 digit phone number> with a link to reset your password" detailed in the screenshot provided below.
