With the Maven Mobile Application drivers have the ability to receive and respond to in platform text messages sent to them by their dispatch managers while they are on the road!
A driver can access text messages sent them from their dispatch managers by pressing on the Messages tab from within the main screen of the Maven Mobile application. A blue notification dot will appear on the Messages tab on the bottom of your Maven Mobile Application screen if you have any unopened messages.
Press the specific text message to view the thread details listed in the Messages tab highlighted below.
Driver can tap on each thread which they can directly reply to by typing in a response message in the text entry box and pressing the blue highlighted Send button.
