Managers in your fleet will have access to the Maven Fleet Portal. As a manager, users can access this site to view information about drivers, vehicles, and reports. For example, if you want to view or manage your drivers' logs for a certain day or period of days, you can do that on the Fleet Portal and export those HOS logs.

Once you have been able to log in to the Maven Fleet Portal with your manager account credentials you can Export Hours of Service Records for one or all the drivers in your fleet.
Under the Compliance section of the Maven Fleet Portal click on the "Hours of Service" and select the specific "Search by Date" range.
Select a driver or group of drivers from the "Search by Driver" drop down list.
Now, click the "Export results" link to launch the "Export Hours Of Service Records" creation dialogue box where you can specify whom you would like to receive an PDF exported copy of this report via email message and then click the "Create" button.
Once done, an email will be sent out to all the email addresses that you specified to receive a copy of the HOS report you just requested from within the Maven Fleet Portal.
Click the "Download HOS Report" button in the body of the email to download a PDF copy of the report.
