One of the great things about generating IFTA reports in the Maven Fleet portal is how simple it is! The mileage is calculated automatically within the app and you'll now get Start and End odometer readings. This information is readily available on the Maven Fleet portal.


To generate a report, start by going to manager.mavenmachines.com. In the left side-bar, you'll see the Report Center. This will take you to the IFTA report screen.


There are two methods to generating an IFTA Report.

  1. Reports with data prior to October, 2022
  2. Reports with data after October, 2022


Reports with data prior to October, 2022


  • For reports with data before October 2022, use the section in the far right column labeled Year and Quarter. These were generated by Maven manually every quarter and show in a list to download.


Reports with data after October, 2022


  • Any report with data after October, 2022 will utilize the self-service option on the far left column starting with Date Range. Select the desired options described below:

  • Date Range: Generate a report for the full previous month or full previous quarter by clicking the links at the top of the date range calendar, or select any date range 2022-10-01 and after.
    You cannot see data from today, as the data is generated at midnight for the previous day in its entirety
  • Group or Terminal: This will filter results for any vehicle that have been assigned to the selected group/terminal during the Date Range selected. You will also see in the report how many days the vehicle assigned to that group. 
    • You can also select the Entire Company to show all vehicles irrespective of group.
  • Time Zone: This will transpose all date/times to the desired time zone.
  • File Format: We can generate reports in Excel, CSV, or PDF
  • Generate Report: This will download your IFTA report directly to your computer. Depending on the amount of data, this could take up to roughly 2 minutes.
