Managers in your fleet will have access to the Maven Manager Portal. As a manager, users can access this site to view information about drivers, vehicles, and reports. For example, if you want to view or manage your drivers' logs for a certain day or period of days, you can do that on the Fleet Portal.
Once your manager account has been created either by another manager or by a member of the Maven Machines Support team, you will receive an automatic email with your username (email address) and a temporary password, prompting you to finish creating their account.
From this email you can click on “Log in” to be redirected to the Maven Manager Portal where you can log in using the email and the temporary password provided in the email.
You will be immediately asked to change your temporary password.
There are no explicit requirements when creating a new password, you can choose any password you want.
Once done, press “Reset Password” to finish your account set up and log into the Maven Manager.
You are now on the Maven Manager Portal home page.
